SLOW COOKER ROAST

Recipe

Cook: 6-8 hours

Serves: 4

  • 3 pound roast

  • 4 large carrots, cut into 4 pieces

  • 4 large celery stalks, cut into 4 pieces

  • 1 bag red potatoes

  • 1 medium yellow onion, quartered

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter

  • 2 packets McCormick Savory Pot Roast Seasoning

  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning

Place all vegetables in the bottom of the crockpot. Top with one packet of pot roast seasoning and one stick of butter.

Place the roast on top of the vegetables and top with 1 stick of butter, ranch seasoning and the remaining pot roast seasoning.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours. The meat should be tender and falling apart.
