Hot Spinach Dip 2 ways

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 30-40 minutes
Serves: 8
8 oz sour cream
1 block of cream cheese
8 oz bag of spinach
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup parmesan
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
For Oven Prep (preferred):
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on low until combined.
Spread dip evenly in an 8x8 baking dish or small oval baking dish. Evenly spread additional cheese on top, if desired (I usually don’t, instead I put fresh Parmesan on top once baked)
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
For Crockpot Prep:
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
