Sticky Asian Wings

Makes: About 18 Wings

  • 2 pounds wings

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger

  • 1 tablespoon plum sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • Toasted sesame seeds for topping, optional

Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Toss wings in salt, pepper and baking powder. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Place wings on baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t touching.

375 for 1 hour, flipping at 30 minutes.

This sauce comes together super fast! Just add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. This sauce is a bit sweeter. If you don’t want them as sweet you can omit the honey or add additional soy sauce

Let wings rest 10-15 minutes, toss in asian sauce and top with sesame seeds.
