Buffalo Wings

Makes: About 18 Wings

  • 2 pounds wings

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 2/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot

  • 1 stick unsalted butter

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Toss wings in salt, pepper and baking powder. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Place wings on baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t touching.

375 for 1 hour, flipping at 30 minutes.

While the wings are cooking, bring a small sauce pan to medium heat. Once hot, add butter.

When the butter has melted, add the remaining ingredients and whisk together until combined.

Once the sauce starts to bubble around the edges of the pan, about 10 minutes, remove from heat.

Let wings rest 10-15 minutes, toss in buffalo sauce.
